Adorable red vintage OshKosh bubble with the cutest sailor teddy bear print - love it! 2 functional side pockets. Elastics are stretched - good enough if you want loose fit or your baby has chubby legs. Light black stains as shown near the hem - nothing crazy. See pics for reference. Made in the USA.
